The mid-day coffee pick me up is an absolute must for any college student, especially on the first week of classes. Thankfully we have a Starbucks right on campus, so the coffee (or iced caramel macchiato, in my case) is always flowing.
The first week of classes calls for a simple outfit that in comfortable yet fashionable. September is a weird month, for it is technically the beggining of "fall", yet it is still 80+ degrees here in NYC. To work with both the seasons, i opted for a skirt and top in subdued colors and low-heeled booties. It is freezing in class so i always have a light sweater in my bag.
