New York, New York

Top: Zara | Shorts: Forever 21 | Sunnies: Dior | Shoes: Zara | Bag: Gucci

Finally arrived in NYC! This will be my senior year of college, but my first year at FIT. I could not be more excited! This entire week has been full of exploring NYC and all it has to offer, like the gorgeous Flatiron District. We were on our way to brunch and happened upon this beautiful little park with tables to sit and enjoy a coffee or drink. Definitely one of my new favorite spots! I have been to NYC many many times before, but there is also so much more to see. Now that I'm living here, I plan to see it all!

For brunch with the girls i chose to wear this white top/shorts combo, which i though looked like a romper when together! With these incredibly comfortable Zara wedges, i was able to keep the summery look polished and practical. Gold accessories pulled it all together. Xx.

Lisbon

Top: Zara | Shorts : H&M | Sunnies: Ray Ban | Bag: Gucci

Lisbon was absolutely amazing. Everything was so gorgeous and every corner of the city was full of surprises. We only had 2 days there, but we definitely tried to make the best of it! We explored the old part, as well as the riverside. Everything was so colorful and quirky. I especially loved the trams, which we took a little adventure on throughout the city. We definitely wish we had more time there, but we knew had to make the best of the little time we had. I definitely wish to return to Portugal some day.... Next adventure -> NYC! More posts to come. There is nothing like seeing Madrid from a rooftop. The city seems to go on forever! My sister, cousins and i had the most amazing time drinking, sun bathing and chatting on this rooftop overlooking the city. More posts to come!

Summer Whites

Romper: Zara | Shoes: Zara | Bag: Gucci | Sunnies: Dior

White and summer go hand in hand, and theres no better way to wear white in the summer than a romper. Not only are they super easy to wear, but they are so effortless and comfortable. I paired my Zara one with these adorable little blue loafers i found on sale at Zara. Perfect for a day of exploring Madrid!

Rooftop Views

Ok, so I'm absolutely in love with Madrid. Every year when we come to Spain, we always spent maybe a day in Madrid at the most, and never got to see much of it. This year, my sister and I decided we wanted to definitely explore the city a little more, so we planned 5 days in Spain's capital. I am SO glad we did! It is amazing in every way. There is an endless amount of things to do, from rooftops to shopping to eating. The city is extremely clean and also very safe, two things you can not always say about NYC (still love you, big apple!). The city is so alive, with countless people out and about at all hours of the day. There is so many adorable shops and places to eat, and relatively cheap! My sister and i have discovered our new go-to gluten free cupcake store, which we are obsessed with. We have basically stopped there for a cupcake every day since we have discovered it! The subway system is also so easy to use and insanely clean, making moving around convenient and quick. I definitely can see myself possibly living here one day. Cant wait to discover more of what Madrid has to offer! Don't forget to follow me on Instagram @neutraletnoir for daily updates. Xx.

Dress: Zara | Bag: Gucci

Last weekend we celebrated my parents 25th wedding anniversary with a renewal of their vows. It was a beautiful ceremony in a gorgeous church in Spain with all of our family in attendance. For the occasion i chose this amazing Zara dress that i found on sale (!!) here in Spain. I absolutely love Zara in Spain, for everything is significantly cheaper and there is always so many amazing sales. Also, the stores here are not an absolute disaster/mob scene like they are in NYC! It makes shopping much more enjoyable. Now lets see if i can fit all my new things in my suitcase home! Fingers crossed.
